Returns, Refunds & Exchange Policy

This Returns, Refunds & Exchange Policy (“Policy”) applies to all purchases made on www.shivenstyle.com (“Website”, “Shiven Style”, “we”, “us”, “our”). By placing an order, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by this Policy, along with our Terms & Conditions.
1. Return Eligibility & Conditions
Returns are accepted only at the sole discretion of Shiven Style and strictly under the conditions below:
A product shall be eligible for return only if:
It is damaged, defective, or incorrect at the time of delivery; and
The issue is reported within 24 hours of delivery confirmation; and
The product is unused, unwashed, unaltered, and returned in its original condition, with all tags, labels, invoices, and original packaging intact.
Shiven Style reserves the absolute right to accept or reject any return request. Our decision shall be final and binding.
2. Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items
The following items are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable, except where mandated by applicable law:
Size or fit related issues
Color or design variations due to lighting, photography, or screen resolution
Products purchased during sale, clearance, or promotional offers
Innerwear, accessories, hygiene-sensitive items, or customized products
Altered, washed, or used products
International orders (refer Section 9)
3. Return Request Process
To request a return, customers must fill the form here or email:
with the following mandatory details:
Order ID
Product name
Reason for return
Clear, unedited photos or videos showing the issue and packaging
Incomplete or delayed requests may be automatically rejected.
Upon approval:
Reverse pickup will be scheduled via our logistics partner Shiprocket, subject to service availability
Pickup timelines depend on courier partners and are not guaranteed
4. Reverse Pickup, Self-Shipping & Risk
Reverse pickup availability is location-dependent
If reverse pickup is unavailable, customers may be required to self-ship the product to our warehouse
Shipping costs will be reimbursed only if explicitly approved in writing
Shiven Style shall not be liable for:
Loss, damage, or delay during self-shipping
Courier delays after dispatch
Incorrect address or contact details provided by the customer
5. Quality Inspection, Acceptance & Rejection
All returned items undergo mandatory quality inspection upon receipt.
Shiven Style reserves the right to:
Reject returns that fail inspection
Issue a replacement, refund, partial refund, or store credit at its discretion
Refuse re-shipment of rejected items
6. Refund Policy
Refunds are initiated only after successful inspection and approval
Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days
Refunds are credited to the original payment method via Razorpay
Bank processing timelines (2–10 working days) are beyond our control
No interest, compensation, or damages shall be payable for delays caused by banks, payment gateways, or third-party service providers.
7. Exchange Policy
Exchanges are permitted only for damaged or incorrect products
Exchange requests must be raised within 24 hours of delivery
Exchanges are subject to product availability
Multiple exchanges for the same order are not permitted
If replacement stock is unavailable, a refund or store credit may be issued at our discretion.
8. Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled only before dispatch
Once shipped, cancellation requests will not be entertained
Shiven Style reserves the right to cancel orders due to pricing errors, stock unavailability, or suspected fraud
9. International Orders
International orders are final and non-returnable
Customs duties, taxes, import fees, and shipping charges are non-refundable
Shiven Style shall not be liable for delays, seizures, or rejections by customs authorities
10. Delivery, RTO & Courier Disclaimer
Delivery timelines are estimates only
Courier partner delivery confirmation shall be treated as final proof of delivery
Refusal of delivery or repeated failed delivery attempts may result in Return-to-Origin (RTO)
Shipping, handling, and RTO charges are non-refundable. Repeated RTO incidents may lead to account suspension.
11. Chargebacks, Fraud & False Claims
Customers must contact Shiven Style before initiating any chargeback or payment dispute
False claims of non-delivery, damage, or unauthorized transactions may result in order blocking, account suspension, or legal action
Transaction records, courier logs, and delivery proofs may be shared with payment gateways, banks, or authorities during dispute resolution.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
Shiven Style’s liability shall be limited to the value of the product purchased
We shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Courier delays or third-party failures shall not constitute grounds for refund unless required by law
13. Force Majeure
Shiven Style shall not be liable for failure or delay due to events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, pandemics, logistics disruptions, internet outages, or payment gateway failures.
14. Consumer Protection Compliance & Grievance Redressal
Shiven Style complies with the Consumer Protection (E-commerce) Rules, 2020.

15. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
This Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Jaipur (Rajasthan), India.

Shiven Style reserves the right to modify or update this Policy at any time without prior notice. Updated policies shall apply to all future orders.
